It is that time of year again to refresh your commitment to our neighborhood by renewing your Mosby Woods Community Association membership. We deeply appreciate you and your support!
Please pay the $15 annual dues and return the paper membership form delivered with your Tattler to your block captain by the end of February. The form is also available for download here. This year you can pay by using check, cash, or Zelle.
MWCA was organized to promote and protect the interests of the entire neighborhood. Joining the association is the easiest way to get involved and stay up-to-date with everything in our community.
Your fee — and volunteer efforts! — allow you to support the many activities and resources MWCA provides to our community:
- Fun social events for the entire family like the Easter Egg Hunt, Ice Cream Social, Halloween Parade, and more
- Bi-annual publication of the neighborhood directory. This includes the names, addresses, email, and phone numbers of residents.
- Communications through the Tattler, Facebook, email, and this website
- Two Little Free Libraries, one at the pool and one at the front of the neighborhood
- Charitable donations to local organizations
- Maintenance of house numbers and street numbers painted on curbs
- Notary service is available to our members free of charge.
- The Association also serves as a liaison with the City of Fairfax, and is a representative with other Civic Associations within Fairfax City.
Please direct any questions to your block captain or to membershipmw@gmail.com. Thank you so much for your continued engagement and timely responses.
