Nominate Our Next MWCA President

After many years of generous service to our community, Bob Reinsel will be completing his time as president of the MW Community Association. The Nomination Committee, comprised of a small group of current board members, has been formed to collect nominations and inform the board and its members of the steps through this leadership change process.

This October, at the Annual General Membership Meeting, the members have the important task of selecting a new President for our association board, along with Area Directors 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. The Nomination Committee will follow the timeline established by the Bylaws for this process.

The nomination process is your opportunity to step forward! Or, if you know a fellow member you think possesses the vision, dedication, and initiative to guide our association, please encourage them to self-nominate.

We are committed to ensuring a fair, transparent, and non-partisian process for our community. To participate, please review the nomination timeline and detailed instructions summarized here and illustrated below. The Nomination Committee is ready to support all nominees through the steps:

• Review these documents: Bylaws, Role of the MWCA President, and Nomination Form (printed copies available at 3137 Concord Circle.)
• Complete the Nomination Form including a brief sentence of why you want to be considered for the board president position. This information will be included at the October Membership meeting.
• Submit your completed form via email to membershipmw@gmail.com or drop it off at 3137 Concord Circle.

Submitted nominations will be shared with membership by August 20 as well as in the September Tattler. Additional nominations may be made from the floor at the October General Membership Meeting.
