This post has been updated to correct details regarding the upcoming meeting. The April 24 meeting is not a City Council meeting as previously stated. It is a meeting arranged by the developer for Mosby Woods specifically.
Developer ABTB Mid-Atlantic, LLC, is proposing to develop a Taco Bell with a drive-through in the Boulevard Marketplace Shopping Center. This is the shopping strip next to our neighborhood that includes 7-11. The applicant is proposing an amendment to the Zoning and General Development Plan, and a Special Use Permit for a restaurant with drive-through.
The developer reached out to our community to inform us of the project and to invite our feedback. They have set up up a meeting at City Hall for us to meet with them April 24, 7:30 P.M.. Please come out to join in the discussion.
